Refund & Return Policy

At DK Fashions Shewalks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The product is returned in its original box.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless received damaged or defective).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product received
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.
If approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by DK Fashions Shewalks.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
